Role Overview
- Independently manage complex repair issues.
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of claim handling and estimating work.
- Exercise judgment and responsibility in support of customer experience and repair quality.
- Serve as a liaison between shops, customers, and internal partners.
- Identify trends and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One and a strong damage analysis background.
