Lead regulatory engagement and strategy for new products, features, and market expansions, including preparing and presenting submissions, regulatory briefings, and product walkthroughs.

10+ years of experience working in gaming compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management, preferably within regulated gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or similarly regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience engaging directly with gaming regulators, laboratories, or government agencies at a senior level.
Deep understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks, enforcement trends, and regulator expectations.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex regulatory issues clearly and persuasively to regulators and senior leadership.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes in fast-moving, highly regulated environments.
Strategic mindset paired with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to regulatory compliance.
