Work closely with client representatives and other Payroll Specialists to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Ensure accurate data entry into payroll systems for timely payments.
Maintain payroll records for multiple clients with accuracy and excellent customer service.
Process payroll-related matters and client-specific payroll reports.
Resolve client and system problems.
Establish positive working relationships with clients and coworkers.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
FPC or CPP preferred
Minimum of 6 months experience as a Specialist II, or ability to demonstrate mastery of Specialist II functions
Vast knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to wage and hour, wage garnishments and taxes
Experience providing multi-state/multi-payroll service for large client groups.
Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved system experience is preferred.
