About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative
- Analyze performance data from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
- Assist in monthly budget and forecasting meetings, including daily formula updates
- Create banner ads within relevant creative platforms
- Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
- Maintain and update tracking documentation in Excel and Google sheets
- Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations
- Assess statistics in Looker and Google Sheet trackers for CPE and Impression Campaigns
- Work towards obtaining Google Ads/Analytics Certification
- Undertake other assigned marketing initiatives, which may include support for other Haymarket brands
Requirements
- Major in Marketing or Communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
- Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
- Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred
