Assists with the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
Helps develop documentation for IT policies and procedures.
Supports redundant architectures to ensures high availability of critical systems.
Collaborates with IT team members to support projects and daily operations.
Monitors system performance under supervision.
Assists with disaster recovery and business continuity tasks.
Provides support in managing Azure resources.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Interest in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Interest in learning hybrid infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.
