Designs, produces and analyzes customer operations data
Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects as it pertains to operational processes
Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business
Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Three years of related experience is required in operations, information technology and reporting
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
Business to technical translation skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy
Contract lifecycle and CLM system experience preferred
Process understanding and improvement capability
Experience with Share Point, Power BI, Power Apps
Experience doing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Problem-solving
