Assist in Architecture Design: Support the development and documentation of solution architecture frameworks, including business, application, data, and technology layers.
Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions align with architectural principles and standards.
Enterprise Architecture (EA) Standards & Documentation: Assist with updating and refreshing our Architecture Standards SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, well-structured, and accessible.
Support the creation and maintenance of architectural diagrams, models, and technical documentation.
Help enforce adherence to architecture governance processes, standards, and best practices.
Data Collection and Analysis: Research and analyze current systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business and technical requirements to inform architecture decisions.
Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing architectural solutions and recommendations.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to gather insights and ensure alignment of objectives.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to provide input on architectural designs.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or similar), and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software development, databases, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, especially SAP LeanIX EAP, is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly preferred:
SharePoint (Development) – Experience in designing, customizing, and managing SharePoint sites.
ServiceNow (Integration) – Understanding of ServiceNow’s integration capabilities with enterprise systems.
Power BI – Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization.
Microsoft .NET – Basic knowledge of .NET framework for enterprise application development.
Azure Logic Apps – Exposure to designing and implementing workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps.
Cloud Platforms – Basic understanding of cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Software Development – Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
