About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for executing and driving business transformation initiatives
Leverages subject matter expertise to design and execute initiatives
Plays an integral role in supporting the Commercialization team
Performs tasks aligned to strategic business initiatives, transformation efforts, resource planning, and process improvement
Create or coordinate messaging for industry conferences
Delivers analytical support, execution support, and management of projects
Develops executive level business case proposals and presentations
Able to construct and manage project plans, identifying and managing stakeholders
Demonstrates ability to develop insights for improving various aspects of business execution
Problem solving for assigned tasks and identifying effective execution paths
Helps direct Analysts, ensuring quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of work
Develops and maintains effective internal working relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience
At least 7-10 years of related work experience
Expert/proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
