Role Overview
- manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
- ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high-touch communication with candidates.
- collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring objectives and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 4 years of progressive work experience in staffing, human resources, and/or account relationship management.
- understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- knowledge of applicable policies and employment laws.
- effective screening and interviewing techniques.
- proficient in Microsoft Office products and other software for sourcing tools.
