Manage the operations of an independent service provider network
Grow the network and establish and maintain processes and systems to provide services to the customer including performance management and credentialing
Recruits, signs, trains, and measures performance of servicer(s)
Renegotiation of rate(s) by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings
Develops and implements strategic plans to grow our network
Manages and strengthens ISP relationships
Identifies new service opportunities
Coordinates with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
Submitting project requests to IT and working with them to resolve issue(s) or implement system enhancements
Requirements
College degree preferred but not mandatory
One to three years of experience in project and/or account management or similar
Supply Chain and/or Procurement experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Project Management software, Sales CRMs (Monday, HubSpot, and Salesforce), as well as Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
