Execute the Company’s investor relations strategy, messaging, and engagement plan
Serve as a key spokesperson to lenders, investors, and rating agencies, including commercial banks, institutional bondholders, insurance companies and private credit funds
Produce and maintain marketing materials including management presentations and company overview materials for inclusion in debt execution presentations
Manage ad-hoc lender information requests
Support the Capital Markets team in the execution of new debt issuances (construction, revolvers, securitizations, private placements)
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial information and other deliverables
Analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform executive leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and other stakeholders
Organize and coordinate prep and post-meeting follow-up related to investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings
Build and maintain a comprehensive investor database to proactively manage lending relationships and identify prospective relationships
Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage disclosure obligations
Advise executive leadership on investor perceptions and market dynamics

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance
Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders
Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure or data centers
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
