Defining what good looks like for enterprise client archetypes including asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds.
Defining implementation patterns by client archetype and ensuring SimCorp One delivers as a cohesive enterprise solution.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, strategic consulting, or client facing product roles within institutional investment management platforms.
Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
Strong knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, regulatory requirements, and the operating models of asset managers, asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers.
Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level with C suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and trust.
Consultative approach with experience navigating complex client dynamics and delivering difficult messages with clarity and professionalism.
Fluency in both strategy (operating models, target state, transformation roadmaps) and execution (platform capabilities, configuration, implementation patterns).
Experience translating between institutional client requirements and product strategy.
Ability to synthesize market feedback, competitive signals, and implementation learnings into actionable product recommendations.
