Role Overview
- Receive and process calls and/or e-mails from AYD participants
- Communicate program guidelines
- Schedule pickup services for eligible participants
- Creatively solve problems and resolve customer service issues
- Collaborate with team to meet overall call center objectives
- Package and mail kits to participants
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a WM customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle stress of multi-tasking
- Experience using a CRM system
