Use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of senior Account Executives selling Workday’s oCFO solutions
Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestration of internal teams including solution consulting, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, customer success, and sales support
Be a go-to resource for oCFO Product Strategy, serving as a primary feedback loop of customer need
Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative ERP solutions
Requirements
2+ years of field sales management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition
10+ years as a field sales representative
Experience selling ERP or ERP-adjacent solutions to customers in the financial services industry
Proven track record of competing against and winning over legacy ERP providers, including Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite
Experience in cultivating relationships with the partner ecosystem (ISVs, GSIs, Private Equity, and more)
Experience managing complex sales cycles in a team-selling environment from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
