Provide timely, high-quality IT support to Vanta’ns in-office and remotely across time zones
Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics, including account provisioning and hardware management
Own the setup, maintenance, and reliability of in-office technology (AV, networking, etc.) in our flagship office
Administer SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Okta
Help manage macOS devices via Jamf and assist with security/compliance configurations
Document workflows and improve IT processes for scale
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent support issues
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for internal processes, tools, and workflows

1+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Hands-on experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace
Familiarity with identity and access management practices, ideally with Okta
Comfortable supporting macOS environments and managing a distributed device fleet
Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into approachable language
Ability to work in a hybrid setting (3-4 days a week in office)
Willingness to use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
