Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
Proven leadership in platform engineering, overseeing software and AI/ML system execution aligned with strategic roadmaps.
Expertise in managing full software development lifecycle, including DevOps architecture, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization.
Strong skills in stakeholder and project management, ensuring timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.
Experience guiding architectural design, system integration, and maintaining high system availability and scalability.
Ability to mentor engineering teams, promote technical excellence, and foster continuous improvement.
Proficiency in software product management and technology roadmap development.
Demonstrated adaptability to evolving technologies and business priorities.
