Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area
4 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Proven expertise in advertising sales with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business metrics and data models to inform strategic sales planning and decision making.
Experience developing and delivering persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to complex customer needs.
Demonstrated capability in managing supplier relationships and driving account growth through effective business development.
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide sales qualification and pipeline development activities.
Proficiency in interpreting financial data and market trends to support forecasting and business case development.
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships.
