Work with colleagues on client engagements, including supporting the overall service delivery and strategy
Negotiate highly competitive rates and coverage options from carriers and vendors
Assist in the development of sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies
Support financial analysis and review
Requirements
BA/BS degree
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Life/Absence/Disability insurance and administration or consulting industry; experience in absence products or solutions preferred
Superior analytical and mathematical skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Within 90 days from your start date, obtain all required state Health and Life insurance licenses
