Senior Life, Absence and Disability Consultant

Role Overview

• Work with colleagues on client engagements, including supporting the overall service delivery and strategy
• Negotiate highly competitive rates and coverage options from carriers and vendors
• Assist in the development of sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies
• Support financial analysis and review

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Life/Absence/Disability insurance and administration or consulting industry; experience in absence products or solutions preferred
• Superior analytical and mathematical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Within 90 days from your start date, obtain all required state Health and Life insurance licenses
