Shapes and executes the organization’s enterprise data governance strategy
Leads initiatives to establish and enforce data policies, standards, and practices across the organization
Ensures data quality, compliance, and security of core data domains, including PII/PHI
Collaborates with cross-functional teams
Drives the adoption of data governance frameworks
Manages data stewardship efforts and facilitates day-to-day data-related decision-making processes
Fosters a data-driven culture and enables the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in large-scale data or project management experience
Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection is also required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position
Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management from an accredited institution preferred
Certified Data Management Professional (CFMP) required
