Senior Security Technical Program Manager – Product and Software Security

Role Overview

• Partner directly with security program participants.
• Lead and monitor the health and execution of several complex programs.
• Manage programs to strengthen Adobe’s vulnerability management ecosystem.
• Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Reduce program risk by proactively identifying and communicating roadblocks.
• Build trust through visibility by providing accurate status reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a program manager in the security domain with wide expertise in application and infrastructure security.
• Experience in managing vulnerability management programs, familiar with ticketing workflows and data pipelines.
• Knowledgeable about threat modeling, code scanning, secure coding, security reviews, and secrets management.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML to security program challenges.
• Demonstrated success in program management from concept, planning to execution, reporting, and delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills to understand and translate business needs into requirements.
• Basic financial competence to support program budget forecasting and tracking.
• Proven Agile practice experience in software projects and savvy with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
