Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share
Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy
Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits
Understand customer needs and opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive business relationships
Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training
Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates and compiling reports

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred
Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc.
BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field
Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce)
Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead people
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
Excellent time management and organization skills
Communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
MS Office & general computer skills
Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license
