Cooperation with the SHE manager ensuring that all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident free, approving work permits and covering the role of “preposto” according to Italian law.
Cooperation with Quality manager to ensure compliance reporting and discussing of Quality deviations.
New products formula approval.
Cooperation with the maintenance manager aligning and organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

High school diploma.
10+ years of proven experience in manufacturing industries, preferably chemical, feed, food or pharma.
3+ years in team coordination.
