Design and develop operational efficiency focused platform solutions that achieve business outcomes and implement desired solution architecture.
Serve as technical point-person on the BPM platform for critical foundational technologies (e.g., Appian, Chorus, Power Automate, Power Apps) in cloud or hybrid environments.
Assist with the development of modernization roadmaps for foundational platform technologies.
Ensure designed solutions align with the Enterprise Architecture best practices, and that solutions are implemented as designed.
Ensure BPM platform solutions meet non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security.
Oversee transition from legacy systems to BPM platforms, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption.
Offer hands-on participation when needed to ensure timely delivery of updates and changes.
Monitor system performance and optimize architecture for efficiency.
Translate business requirements into platform technical solutions and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide technical advice and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
Participate in PI planning and backlog prioritization for BPM platform initiatives.
Requirements
Experience with Appian, Chorus/AWD, Automation technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), and C# Java or .Net Expertise
Ability to communicate with Developers and Business personnel effectively
5+ years of software development
4-year degree or equivalent experience
