Consult with Workplace Solution's plan sponsors to create and implement effective communications strategies.
Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to provide solutions that meet client and participant needs.
Consult with plan sponsor clients using key plan metrics, participant insights, and our proven participant communications approaches to drive positive participant outcomes.
Identify trends for future application.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum five years related work experience, with strong client facing experience and executive presence (B2B preferred).
Experience/familiarity with the 401(k) recordkeeping business preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
