Role Overview
- Consult with Workplace Solution's plan sponsors to create and implement effective communications strategies.
- Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to provide solutions that meet client and participant needs.
- Consult with plan sponsor clients using key plan metrics, participant insights, and our proven participant communications approaches to drive positive participant outcomes.
- Identify trends for future application.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum five years related work experience, with strong client facing experience and executive presence (B2B preferred).
- Experience/familiarity with the 401(k) recordkeeping business preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
