About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct in-home sales in the homes of prospects, using our proven sales process
- Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions to the client
- Prepare cabinet and bathroom drawings using design software
- Create proposals and related information to present to the client
- Communicate with the client throughout the process
- Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- In-home sales experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with proven revenue and profitability knowledge
- Schedule flexibility for consultations on weekdays and Saturdays
- Three references from previous supervisors
- Positive attitude and high energy!
- Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!
