Own mid-funnel learning agenda across Refi and Purchase segments (MA, WOIT, GH, Catch-All)
Define hypotheses, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success criteria for all journey experiments
Partner with the Consumer Insights team to identify segment-specific motivations, friction points, and story strategies
Design behavior-based journey flows that drive engagement and progression
Map behavioral triggers and decision trees across email, SMS, app, landing pages, social, YouTube, and Redfin-informed audiences
Ensure journeys build affinity, clarity, and conversion readiness
Define the affinity-building story architectures, value propositions, and content formats needed for each journey
Requirements
5 years of experience in growth, consumer journey strategy, lifecycle strategy, performance storytelling, and/or experimentation in the marketing sector
