Serve as the central point of coordination for the Integrated Approach Program, ensuring alignment across governance teams
Establish and run program governance forums, including working groups and monthly steering committee (SteerCo) meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making
Maintain the overall health of the program by proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving resolution
Ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration across various stakeholders and workstreams
Drive agile program execution to meet key deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
Monitor program KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to the Head of IAP Centralized Governance
Lead problem-solving initiatives to address program challenges and risks in a timely and effective manner
Oversee vendor activities to ensure alignment with program objectives, contractual obligations, and performance standards
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes and value to the program
Provide leadership and direction to a small team of program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Mentor and develop staff, ensuring effective delegation and capacity-building
Leverage experience with GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW) to support program governance, reporting, and execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field
Post-graduate degree or professional designation in a related risk, control or compliance domain is an asset
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, governance, or a related leadership role
