Oversee and manage a team of sales managers, and representatives
Be the voice of Amplity with the client, maintaining excellent relationships, managing contract deliverables, and producing sales results that meet and exceed program goals.
Listen and bring insight and value to discussions around the client’s immediate and long term strategic and operational needs
Lead regularly scheduled client update/review meetings in coordination with rep managers and project managers
Create innovative proposals that engage and inspire the client
Create partnership strategies to sustain and grow both the businesses
Marshal all Amplity resources to drive achievement of program goals and exceed client expectations including coordinating with rep managers and project managers
Review the team’s status with Amplity quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations to maximize performance and client relationship
Inform budgeting, forecasting and business plans through close liaison with Amplity management
Keep abreast of industry trends and translate these to ensure Amplity remote engagement offerings are cutting edge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college needed
Current Pharmaceutical experience with sales leadership experience
Prior pharmaceutical sales experience
The ability to lead and influence creating the desired results with a sense of urgency
Able to flex and adapt to gain desired outcomes
Analyze data and communicate results effectively to multiple stakeholders within various levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
Ability to convey ideas and proposals credibly and maintain a positive professional image
Strong computer skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed to client sales meetings, POAs, and other corporate meetings
