Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define sales effectiveness and training strategy and successful criteria for the future
Translates strategy into defined sales effectiveness and training tactics, programs/projects priorities and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of sales effectiveness and training in support of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality through exceptional performance of the sales organization
Understands and documents strategic priorities and aligns sales effectiveness initiatives and training to support and enable strategic goals; builds and maintains business knowledge such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives
Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems
Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS in a related field
minimum of 7 years of related experience
Previous sales, sales effectiveness and sales training experience strongly preferred
Masters degree preferred
