About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage a Back Office team responsible for handling administrative files
Structure, plan, and oversee daily operations
Organize managerial rituals
Manage workload, absences, training, and minimize turnover
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs
Maintain and update team dashboards
Analyze results and identify issues to define action plans
Ensure the quality of file processing and the accurate upkeep of the knowledge base
Actively participate in recruitment
Implement a clear and structured onboarding process
Track employee development during and after the probationary period
Work closely with HR, Product, Legal, and Sales teams
Participate in client visits and represent the team at committees
Handle escalations and communicate client needs internally
Requirements
At least 3 years of team management experience, ideally in a structured administrative or operational environment
Ability to lead, organize, make decisions, and support the team
A strong managerial presence, both supportive and demanding
A true customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to help others grow
