Serve as the recognized domain expert in dental revenue cycle management for FQHCs
Develop and own the multi-year dental product roadmap
Evaluate and prioritize product optimization opportunities sourced from FQHC customers
Monitor dental industry trends and competitor activity
Hire, coach, and mentor a team of product managers
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations regarding dental product status and strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product management best practices

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines; advanced degree preferred
8-12 years of progressive experience in product management, ideally with at least a year managing and developing product managers
Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes
Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams
Skilled in stakeholder influence without direct authority and effective communication with executives, customers, and technical teams
Direct experience with FQHC operations, UDS reporting requirements, or community health center revenue cycle management strongly preferred
Familiarity with dental practice management systems, CDT coding, and dental-specific billing complexities preferred.
