Role Overview
- Support TMOs in managing client and prospect relationships through preparation of client-facing materials, reporting, and follow-up.
- Assist with client and prospect meetings by preparing presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate in a support capacity.
- Track action items and next steps following client engagements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems such as EDGE preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand the commercial real estate and treasury solutions industry
