About this role
Role Overview
Helps design, develop, produce and consult on a variety of internal and external communications.
Supports the planning and research for
and development of
communications.
Helps ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of message on all aspects of a communication.
Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends.
Readily identifies tactical implications.
Actively participates on cross-functional teams, helps influence outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate.
This includes following established processes and protocols for reviews and approvals, including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and / or other key partners.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with planning and organizing, project management, and process management.
Strong business writing skills, including copywriting and editing.
Working knowledge of media and communications channel management.
Demonstrates strong business data analysis skills and is highly tech‑savvy.
Applies excellent problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking to resolve challenges efficiently and improve processes.
Shows consistent flexibility and adaptability when navigating changing priorities, new technologies, and fast‑paced work environments.
