About this role
Role Overview
Assist customers, loan officers and/or employee with various issues by phone
Consistent execution of policies and procedures
Work and clear loan exceptions
Preparation of Loan documents
Work with lenders and third party vendors to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner
Share responsibility for the completion of all departmental objectives
Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
Proficient in computer applications Microsoft Excel and Word
High degree of speed and even higher degree of accuracy
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
Critical thinking and reasoning skills
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Work well under stress and deadline while managing multiple tasks
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department
Excellent work ethic
Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro (preferred)
General understanding of BancFirst's products and services (preferred)
Keyboard skills (preferred)
