Lead the marketing organization for the QVC credit portfolio (QVC + HSN).
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve Synchrony growth metrics.
Work collaboratively with both the General Manager and partner organizations to drive incremental card usage.
Manage all aspects of the value proposition, including tracking industry trends, competitor's and customer experience metrics.
Ensure program profitability and penetration through continued enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 14 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience to include: 5 years of managerial responsibility for both organizations and other professionals
5 years of demonstrated growth marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products
