Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional level recruiting experience
- Ability to clearly articulate the Truist Teammate Value Proposition, Purpose/Mission/Values, and strategic competitive advantages of Truist
- Strong recruiting risk and compliance knowledge
- Ability to think critically, conceptually, and strategically
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
