Analyze and identify user needs and work on complex mandates to collect, process, and analyze data, taking into account the specifics of operationalization and ensuring coordination during rollout
Develop and enhance reports and tools to interpret operationally and conceptually complex data to inform the sector’s strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve work methods and processes and recommend enhancements to data management tools
Act as a subject-matter advisor to help teams understand and prioritize their needs, and identify solutions for data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation
Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analyses for a broad range of complex mandates and present recommendations to relevant decision-making bodies regarding data collection, processing, and analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of six years of relevant experience
Proficiency in French required
Advanced proficiency in English required due to the nature of the duties, the work tools used, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
