Role Overview
- Analyze and identify user needs and work on complex mandates to collect, process, and analyze data, taking into account the specifics of operationalization and ensuring coordination during rollout
- Develop and enhance reports and tools to interpret operationally and conceptually complex data to inform the sector’s strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve work methods and processes and recommend enhancements to data management tools
- Act as a subject-matter advisor to help teams understand and prioritize their needs, and identify solutions for data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation
- Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analyses for a broad range of complex mandates and present recommendations to relevant decision-making bodies regarding data collection, processing, and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in French required
- Advanced proficiency in English required due to the nature of the duties, the work tools used, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
