Role Overview
- Reports to the Treasury Management-Product Solutions
- Group Manager
- Manages a team of Treasury Management Product Managers
- Develops the team and improves the effectiveness of treasury product specialties
- Provides leadership and subject matter expertise on strategic projects related to Treasury Management services
- Acts as a key partner in the implementation and roll-out process for new business products and product enhancements
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 10+ Years experience which includes experience leading treasury management sales and customer service teams
- Extensive experience in cSuite level client calling
- Experience managing in high growth, dynamic organizational environments
- Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional CTP and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred
