Role Overview
- Understand regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA and MHRA regulations.
- Work with MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms.
- Support pharma-related solutions in collaboration with teams.
- Build product from scratch, from ideation to launch.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Gather and prioritize requirements.
- Provide cross-functional leadership.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory awareness with AI enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall industry experience.
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a product management role supporting pharma-related solutions.
- Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA and MHRA regulations.
- Experience working with or delivering products in the context of MES, LES, QMS, and CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha.
- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and functions.
- Demonstrated experience building a product from scratch, from ideation to launch.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering software in regulated environments leveraging AI capabilities.
- Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with cloud native software development, validation, audit readiness, and change control processes.
