Responsible for assessing learning needs, supporting feedback loops, developing curriculum, and auditing all KPI’s and delivery metrics.
Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and autodidactic curricula.
Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team implement best practice concepts.
Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance and evaluate needs to identify opportunities for improvements and possible solutions.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Requirements
Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences preferred.
Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred.
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic and NextGen.
Patient Access
Certification in Cadence, Prelude, Resolute HB/PB preferred.
Ability to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives.
Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
