Lead the training, support, and development of revenue cycle apprentices for OCHIN
Develop and lead a training and development program
Provide mentoring and support to staff
Manage staff performance and their respective deliverables
Continually assess and make improvements to the system
Manage multiple apprentices through their employment lifecycle
Organize the team’s tasks and projects
Ensure alignment with OCHIN strategic direction
Proactively analyze portfolio for risks and issues
Ensure that project deadlines are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
Certification in at least one of the following applications: EHR Maintenance and Install: Resolute PB, Resolute Hospital Billing, Compass Rose, or Cogito
6+ years of progressively professional experience in business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting required
Experience working with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings, preferred
Experience with OCHIN Epic, preferred
Experience leading Change Control and Design Review processes, required
Experience with JIRA, preferred
Experience leading a team of technically-skilled Epic application experts preferred
Ability to configure and develop Epic features and enhancements is highly desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management system preferred
Ability to travel may be required based off business needs.
