Translate client needs and priorities from and/or into defined scopes, approaches, and deliverables that drive alignment between client expectations and company success.
Conduct tasks and projects for external clients, including program reviews, fundraising strategy development and implementation, board development, campaign counsel, and other services as needed.
Plays a key role in project management as well as risk management, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsible for business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, cultivating long-term and new client relationships, drives company provided leads as seller or subject matter expert and supports overall business development processes.

Meet annual productivity goals by delivering high-quality client work efficiently and identifying and extending client work.

Participate in ongoing internal activities as a productive and active member of the company. These may include orientation and ongoing training, firm-wide client review meetings, and other skill-building activities.
Requirements
7+ years of donor facing fundraising experience in higher education and healthcare settings.
2+ years of experience leading development/advancement organizations, including strategy development and execution.
2+ years of experience leading a team.
Demonstrated ability to develop skills in others, with a strong aptitude for training, coaching, and effective knowledge transfer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience presenting at conferences, demonstrated leadership within the philanthropic sector, and a strong interest in sharing knowledge and expertise with diverse audiences.
Powerful analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, and a solid strategic thinking.
Ability to create a strong, positive initial impression and maintain solid professional credibility.
