Collaborate with business partners to understand and refine their needs, model business processes, and maintain clear documentation aligned with organizational pillars
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, demonstrating leadership to drive innovation, optimization, and performance
Analyze advisors' and internal teams' tools and practices to design realistic test scenarios and develop a functional testing strategy covering all needs, requirements, and IT solutions
Conduct comprehensive, structured analyses based on data and expert consultations, and recommend optimized business solutions and processes that meet expectations
Assess the impacts of proposed changes and actively contribute to change management with users and involved teams
Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and successful implementation of delivered solutions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance and financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another field relevant to the role
Strong knowledge of insurance products, administration systems, and business processes
Known for attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Recognized for autonomy and proactivity
Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with SAFe/Agile approaches and Lean methodology
Knowledge of distribution CRMs and solid familiarity with Salesforce
Fluent in French and advanced proficiency in English
