10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role, preferably in a client‑facing or services environment.
Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders (account teams, analysts, inspectors, engineering, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement scalable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and project status.
Comfortable escalating risks and issues proactively, with a solution‑oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM and project tracking tools (Salesforce preferred) with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to analyze information, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with defined processes.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
