Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of front-end engineers proficient in enterprise user interfaces written in Angular, React, and Lit
Providing technical guidance and setting best practices for front-end architecture and UI development
Partnering with product management, UX/Designers, and other engineering teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
Having oversight of delivery across the full project lifecycle: organizing, planning, development, testing, and release
Driving consistency through shared components (Design System experience is a plus), tooling, and engineering standards
Supporting hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and career growth for team members

Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrate solid knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript
Have experience with Angular or React
Possess a clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Source Code Management Systems (we use git)
Be familiar with software testing concepts including unit, functional, regression continuous integration, and performance testing
Have prior leadership experience and excellent communication skills and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing engineering teams.
