Role Overview
- Responsible for oversight and maintenance of study timelines and activities.
- Responsible for the operational and commercial delivery of business targets.
- Tracking and maintaining laboratory activity metrics and reporting to management.
- Maintenance of Laboratory Accreditation and Quality Standards.
- Scientific management of the LC-MS services section.
- Work closely with the management team to gain repeat business and meet budget targets.
- Maintain good communication between service groups.
Requirements

- Experience in a scientific management role, specifically with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
- Ability to support business development in the acquisition of new business from existing and new clients.
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective liaison with sponsors and laboratory staff.
- Technical oversight for study timelines and resource availability.
- Familiarity with laboratory accreditation and quality standards.
