About this role
Role Overview
Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the Commercial East region.
Reinforce clear definitions for pipeline stages, forecast categories, commit criteria, and CRM hygiene expectations.
Conduct regional process inspections and partner with Sales leadership to address gaps or inconsistencies.
Support process onboarding for new sellers, leaders, and support staff.
Facilitate the weekly forecasting process, ensuring data integrity, consistent methodology, and structured deal inspection.
Monitor pipeline health, including coverage, aging, push trends, and deal flow.
Prepare region-specific forecast summaries and insights for the RVP and leadership reviews.
Provide analysis and recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
Maintain and distribute regional dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, forecast variance, productivity metrics, and performance KPIs.
Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Partner with Finance, Services, Strategy, IT, Marketing, and other teams to resolve operational issues affecting sales execution.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline trends, forecast performance, and productivity metrics.
Proven experience supporting regional sales teams or similar field organizations.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline and attention to detail.
Experience in multi-region or multi-segment sales environments (preferred).
Familiarity with standardized sales methodologies and forecasting models (preferred).
Exposure to OEM-driven, managed services, or professional services sales motions (preferred).
Experience in productivity analysis, segmentation, or coverage optimization (preferred).
