Drive product strategy and roadmap execution through advanced backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and product vision leadership.
Collaborate with product managers to set product priorities, manage stakeholder interests, and bridge technical and business requirements.
Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage the backlog, write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and act as the voice of the customer within the Agile framework.
Translate market insights into actionable requirements, prioritize features, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure cross-functional alignment for successful product development, focusing on business outcomes.

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant work experience required.
Experience in the Healthcare industry involving Business-to-Business (B2B) data integrations, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and related exchange protocols required.
Experience working in an Agile development environment required.
Experience with Vizient Operational Database or ODB (formerly Action OI) preferred.
Experience with Payroll, GL, and other operational and financial data desired.
Experience leading multiple teams and large, complex projects desired.
Requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage through influence and persuasiveness.
Willingness to travel.
