Own the relationship with local Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across multiple markets.
Conduct regular B2B meetings, review program metrics and performance relating to ISPs.
Develop improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals.
Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
3 years Demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics.
Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g.General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
