Role Overview
- Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
- Conduct regular B2B meetings and review program metrics
- Develop and discuss improvement plans to meet service and quality goals
- Manage third-party service provider relationships to support quality, service, and expense goals
- Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections and service provider meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
